Escape Course: "Libertagrimpe" Multi-Pitch Course in the Calanques Immerse yourself in the magnificent world of the Calanques and discover the freedom of multi-pitch climbing. Our "Libertagrimpe" course is designed to offer you an unforgettable experience, combining the learning of essential techniques with the thrill of heights. Far from the hustle and bustle, between the azure blue of the Mediterranean and the immaculate white of the limestone rock, we will guide you towards independence. The Program: Day 1: The Foundations of Freedom We will start gently. The goal is to find your bearings and solidify the basics. After a briefing on the massif and its specific features, we will embark on an accessible multi-pitch route to familiarize you with the environment. We will work on smooth rope handling at the belay station, communication within the rope team, and equipment management. The day will end with a moment of sharing, overlooking a breathtaking panorama. Day 2: Flight to Adventure We'll take to the skies! We'll tackle a longer, more challenging route. The goal is to gain confidence in leading and to deepen your route reading, protection placement, and reversibility management. You'll learn to anticipate movements and manage the unexpected, while savoring the effort and the beauty of the landscape that unfolds with each pitch. Day 3: Libertaglimpe: Autonomy The highlight of our course! The goal is to make you independent. We'll set out to conquer an iconic route that will require you to put all the skills you've learned into practice. We'll let you take the lead so you can climb with confidence, under our watchful eye. This is the moment of consecration, the proof that you've acquired the freedom to climb wherever you want. What You Will Learn: Mastering Rope Handling and Belay Systems Safety and Risk Management on Multi-pitch Climbs Route Reading and Route Strategy Lead and Second Belaying Techniques Gear and Rope Team Organization Stress and Effort Management Practical Information Required Level: Comfortable leading on crags on 5c routes. Equipment Provided: Ropes, quickdraws, helmets, and all technical equipment. Location: The Calanques massif (Sormiou, Luminy, En Vau, etc.). The choice will be adapted according to your level and weather conditions.
