Multi-pitch climbing courses in the Calanques are generally led by experienced climbing instructors. They offer courses suitable for all levels, from beginner to expert. Beginners will learn the basics of climbing safely, while more experienced climbers can improve their skills and take on new challenges. Course structure: Courses generally begin with a briefing on safety and the necessary equipment. Participants are then introduced to various climbing techniques, such as lead climbing, applying protection, rappelling, etc. The guides ensure that each participant progresses at their own pace and in the best possible safety conditions. A lunch break will be taken to eat, then in the afternoon a practice session on an area suitable for one or two lengths to complete the day.
